These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the jdbl platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bet. By using jdbl you agree to be bound by these terms. For players aged 21 and above only.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jdbl ("jdbl", "we", "us", "the Platform"). They govern all aspects of your use of the jdbl platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games and promotions, and all related activities. These Terms apply to all players accessing jdbl from Bangladesh and any other jurisdiction where jdbl is available.
By accessing or using jdbl in any way — whether by registering an account, making a deposit, participating in a game or simply browsing the platform — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the jdbl platform.

Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.

1. Eligibility
To open and use a jdbl account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. jdbl reserves the right to verify these criteria at any point and to close accounts that do not comply.
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you use the platform.
- You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of a legal entity, corporate body, or another individual without their express written consent.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of jdbl or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
- You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on jdbl or have had a jdbl account previously closed for breach of these Terms.
- You must be using your own payment methods. Depositing or withdrawing using payment accounts that belong to a third party is strictly prohibited.
jdbl may request supporting documentation to verify any of the above criteria at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or mobile banking statement. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.
2. Account Registration and Security
Each player may hold one account on jdbl only. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, or IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms. jdbl uses technical measures to detect duplicate accounts and reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and retain any associated balances pending investigation.
Account Holder Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jdbl login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password.
- You must notify jdbl immediately if you believe your account credentials have been compromised or your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your jdbl account, including all bets placed and withdrawals requested, whether or not authorised by you, unless jdbl is notified of unauthorised access in advance.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep that information current. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.
Account Closure by the Player
You may request to close your jdbl account at any time by contacting jdbl support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and applicable withdrawal conditions being met. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
jdbl supports a range of payment methods used by players across Bangladesh. All financial transactions on jdbl are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jdbl does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own fees, which are outside jdbl's control.
Deposit Conditions
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
- Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be refunded where possible, with the associated account subject to review.
- bKash and Nagad deposits are credited to your jdbl account instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to be confirmed.
- jdbl reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits on individual accounts for responsible gaming purposes or fraud prevention. Players will be notified of any such limits applied to their account.
Withdrawal Conditions
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, subject to that method supporting withdrawals. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect player account security.
- jdbl aims to process bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer and are subject to the receiving institution's own processing schedule.
- jdbl reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending identity verification, fraud investigation, or review of compliance with bonus wagering requirements. Players will be informed of the reason for any delay where permitted by applicable compliance obligations.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
jdbl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and any specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific terms of the promotion shall prevail.
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus balance or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover) is stated in the specific terms of each promotion.
- Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash outside the applicable wagering process.
- jdbl reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or amend any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled after it has been credited to a player's account, jdbl will provide reasonable notice where practicable.
- jdbl may impose maximum bet restrictions on bonus play. Placing bets above the stated maximum during bonus wagering may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
- Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the same wagering requirements as cash bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
5. Responsible Gaming and Age Verification
jdbl is committed to promoting responsible gaming across Bangladesh. The platform provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity. jdbl enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years and conducts age verification checks during registration and at any subsequent point where jdbl has reasonable grounds to believe a player may be under age.
- Players may set deposit limits, session time limits and loss limits on their jdbl account at any time through the account settings section. These limits take effect immediately upon activation.
- Players may request a temporary time-out from jdbl at any time. Time-out periods are available for durations of 24 hours, 48 hours, one week, or one month. During a time-out period, the account is suspended and no deposits, bets or withdrawals may be initiated.
- Players who wish to exclude themselves from jdbl on a longer-term basis may apply for self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and result in permanent account suspension for the duration chosen. Self-exclusion periods may not be reversed before they expire.
- jdbl will not knowingly allow a self-excluded player to reopen an account or create a new account during the self-exclusion period. If a player under self-exclusion manages to access the platform, they must notify jdbl support immediately and any funds deposited during that period may be refunded at jdbl's discretion.

6. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jdbl platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the jdbl platform in a manner not intended for human players is strictly prohibited.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, or sharing account access to enable collusion, is prohibited.
- Depositing or withdrawing funds for the purpose of money laundering, or using jdbl as a vehicle for any financial crime, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to duplicating funds or credits, is prohibited. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
- Opening or operating more than one jdbl account, whether under the same or different personal details, is prohibited.
- Using the jdbl platform in connection with any illegal activity under applicable Bangladeshi law or any other applicable jurisdiction is prohibited.
jdbl employs fraud detection and fair play monitoring systems that operate continuously. Players who are found to be in breach of these prohibitions will not receive prior warning before account action is taken where jdbl determines that immediate action is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or other players.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the jdbl platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video material, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of jdbl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the jdbl platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form without the prior written permission of jdbl.
The jdbl name, logo and associated brand marks are trademarks of jdbl. Unauthorised use of jdbl's trademarks in any context — including on third-party websites, social media, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jdbl's liability to any player in connection with the use of the jdbl platform is limited as follows.
- jdbl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if jdbl has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
- jdbl does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform may be unavailable from time to time due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events outside jdbl's reasonable control. jdbl shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability.
- Game outcomes on jdbl are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems operated by jdbl's licensed game providers. jdbl does not manipulate game outcomes and is not liable for the results of individual games beyond ensuring that certified systems are in place and operating correctly.
9. Amendments and Governing Law
jdbl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jdbl will provide notice to active players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by posting a prominent notice on the jdbl platform, at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the jdbl platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail. jdbl operates as an online gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh. Players are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
